We normally ship via United States Postal Service (USPS). We reserve the right to ship large orders by other means, including, but not limited to, UPS or FedEx. On standard order items, we ship as soon as payment is received. On custom order items, we begin production after your payment is received and ship as soon as the entire order is complete – we do not ship partial orders.
If you live in the Salisbury, MD, area, you may also arrange to pick up your order and avoid shipping charges. Please email us if you’d like to pick your order up. Note that our order billing and payment system will add shipping to all orders; if you’re picking your order up, please choose the “Local Payment & Pickup” option when checking out and write a check for the total amount less the itemized shipping charges (or cash with exact change – sorry, we cannot accept credit cards on local pickup orders).
